Chocolate...for problem solving

I was spending time with a friend one day and we were doing some shopping on the internet. There was a problem with getting the payment to go through and she had to call Customer Service. It was becoming quite a frustrating experience and after a while she suddenly jumped up from her seat and with excitement in her eyes, turned to me and said, "Do you want some chocolate? That will help..."
